Rei-ki (Energy Work) Rei Ki are japanese words which mean life force energy. It's an ancient healing modality that channels energy (chi) into the body to restore balance. During this virtual session, the practitioner will observe the energy field of the client and assess any blockages that needs clearing. The session will end with the practitioner offering practical recommendations to restore energy flow. Reiki is particularly helpful for those seeking relaxation and restoration in mind, body, and spirit.


Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that focuses on releasing the fascia (connective tissue, ie, ligaments, tendons, etc…) through passive stretching.  Releasing the fascia is essential to the health of our minds and body. According to Ancient Chinese Medicine, fascia contains an energy system which is extremely sensitive and intelligent; it stores all kinds of physical and subtle information from our lives and sends messages to the rest of the body.  Blockages in these energy systems can lead to tight muscles, joint pain, arthritis, and other illnesses. The long held poses in Yin yoga allow for deep stretching which penetrate the connective tissue, creating space and giving the muscles a much needed break, while allowing energy to flow freely.

Embodied Healing combines the power of breathwork, Reiki, Yin yoga, and the meridian energy line theory, to examine your body and explore your energy fields.  Together, we'll use breathing techniques, yin poses, and other embodiment practices to assess any potential blockages that may need clearing. We'll use our time together to discuss and process sensations felt, connections to past experiences, and potential ways to restore energy flow and bring balance back into the mind and body.

Thai Yoga Therapy is a form of therapeutic bodywork that uses acupressure, breath work, energy work, rhythmic motion, and assisted yoga stretches to detoxify the body and stimulate energy (chi) flow. It is an ancient healing art known for its focus on the sens “energy” lines and its unique bodywork techniques.  It's roots are deep in India, Thailand, Buddhism, and Ayurveda.  ​

During a Thai massage session, clients lay on a thin mat on the floor, wearing loose fitting clothing.  The practitioner uses their thumbs, knuckles, feet, and elbows to work the body and push at pressure points to encourage energy flow. The practitioner also stimulates the energy lines using various techniques including, palming, assisted yoga stretches, acupressure, compression, and subtle energy work.

Sessions can include Healing Salvation, an all natural homemade CBD topical salve used to decrease pain and inflammation, and herbal compression, a technique that uses an herbal ball which consists of kefir lime, turmeric, ginger, tamarind and lemongrass.  Herbal compress is known to help improve blood and lymph node circulation, stimulate the internal organs, reduce inflammation and stress, assists with postal integrity and alignment, and induce a deep state of relaxation.
Ayurveda (Consultations) is the world’s oldest healing system. It is a science of life (Ayur=Life Veda=Science) designed to help us live with more vibrancy.  It teaches essential information about our individual nature as humans and the environment we live in so that we may learn how to balance our lives through diet, herbs, breath, and self-care rituals.  It's a lifestyle chosen by those who want to live to their truest potential.
